  • Security scanning and vulnerability assessment
  • Cost tracking and analytics
  • Team collaboration features

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with OpenClaw's terms of use
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks
  • Not use our services to deploy malicious or harmful AI agents

4. OpenClaw Integration

SudoClaw is a management platform for OpenClaw instances. By using our services, you acknowledge that you are responsible for complying with OpenClaw's own terms of service and usage policies. SudoClaw is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to OpenClaw beyond technical integration.

5. Payment and Billing

Some features require payment. By subscribing to a paid plan:

  • You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before renewal
  • Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice

6. Limitation of Liability

SudoClaw shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of our services. Your use of our services is at your own risk.

7. Disclaimer

SudoClaw provides its services "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
